Scorch-cipe: Decorated Celery Stalks

Here's a fast easy recipe. There is no electricity or gadgets required. However, beware of sharp knives. (There's a pumpkin carving story I'll have to share with you in the near future. I may already have in a blog from last year. I'll have to check.) Decorated Celery Stalks (Courtesy of GJC) Several Celery Stalks (one bag) Cream Cheese (one container) Olives (one jar of green olives) Wash celery sticks. Use vegetable brush if needed. Mix cream cheese with olives. Lightly spread cream cheese and olive dip on celery sticks. Cut celery sticks to desired length. Serve. (Note: You can substitute light cream cheese, or black olives.)
