Mental Health Wednesday

Coneflowers at Tabor Hill--LCS 2009
I took a self-preservation day today. It's been a long time since I took a day off just to sharpen the proverbial saw. My friend and colleague recommended it. (Thanks, T.:)) My blade was pretty dull. I slept in until after noon and scheduled a facial and a free 15-minute massage as it was Wednesday and my-post birthday surprise from The Spa at Colfax. Then I was carted at the grocery store for purchasing champagne. Note to self: get facials more often. One more day and then it's off to Gooberland (that's Gen Con) in Indianapolis. I am looking forward to getting out of town for the weekend. I am even looking more forward to coming back to share with you more stories from the adventures.
