Friday afternoon

I officially stepped down from my self-appointed post as President and CEO of GWA (Gaming Widows Anonymous). I am no longer a con maiden. I have been "conned" (couldn't resist). I am at Gen Con, aka nerdapalooza, dice dice baby, land of the geek, home of the gamers, goobers, storm troopers, and trekkers. I've seen hair of all different colors, animal ears, arms, and tails, costumes, monster puppets, goth meets geek meets anime meets renaissance. It's like the gaming part of ALA (American Library Association) on crack. And strangely, I am happy to be part of this experience.
