Tuesday Blog... What Did I Get Myself Into?

Well...

the weekly writing thing didn't work out so well here, but hey, it's Tuesday, and I'm here, so I'm doing something right.

I checked my email messages from IU (I'm teaching an online course) after working a good day at my library gig.
(Attended a YA roundtable in Wells County today, which is about a two-hour trek each way. I'm pleased to say I only lost my way
a little bit and mooed at some awesome cows on my way.)

The screen on my laptop is blurring, so it's time to blink...and perhaps turn it off for the night.

I finished up some editing for a friend and have some more to do for another friend.
I'm working on a poetry/art book (Bittersweet)and working on art pieces for an art show (TBA).
Thank you, Jake, for nudging me to continue.

And, I'm co-planning our 30th high school reunion to be held in August. I'm so grateful to be surrounded by amazing people
who want to help. And I'm grateful to Steve, who helps so much.

A wise professor (April, I'm looking at you) told me once that if you want to accomplish something, ask someone who's super busy.
That would be me, and I'm so grateful for the opportunities.

But, what did I get myself into?
